Our Serrano chillies are fermented for over a week until gently slow-cooked over a low heat to bring out the sweet and spicy flavours of the chillies. After blending and straining, the sauce is ready to be enjoyed!
Ingredients: Serrano chilli, garlic, ginger, salt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar
