Chocolate Pretzel Salted Caramel Bars

A world-class dessert that you can make at home!


1 x kg Good quality chocolate divided into pieces
1 x Packet of pretzel twists
1 x Jar of Salted Caramel by Aioli
Maldon salt for sprinkling


Make a tin foil boat and rub with olive oil.
Melt 500g of the chocolate chips gently in the microwave (on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds) until smooth.

Spread the chocolate evenly over the foil boat. Immediately add the pretzel twists over the top (it's ok if they overlap!) and gently press them into the chocolate. Add a layer of thin salted caramel over pretzels. Melt remaining 500g of chocolate and drizzle over the caramel. Sprinkle with Maldon salt.

Refrigerate until hardened.
Cut into pieces. Enjoy!
