Creamy Mash Potato with Truffle Aioli

Creamy mash potato with Truffle Aioli!
1kg of potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of grated Raclette cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon of Truffle Aioli
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Start by boiling the peeled and diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until they are soft for approximately 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the water and return the potatoes to the pot.

3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork, then add the heavy cream and unsalted butter.
4. Stir until the butter has melted and the mixture is creamy.

5. Add the grated Raclette cheese, chopped fresh chives, and Truffle Aioli to the pot.
6. Mix well until the cheese has melted and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

7. Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
