Miso & Green Chilli Aubergine
Miso Aubergine with our delicious Green Chilli!

Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp 5 spice
1 Tbsp of sunflower oil
1 tsp Garlic chopped fine
1 tsp Aioli green chilli
A few drops of Sesame oil
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Miso Paste
Coriander and spring onion to garnish
Serve with our Roasted Garlic Aioli (optional)

Method:
1. Cut the aubergine in half and criss cross dice it. Massage with sunflower oil, paprika, 5 spice and a pinch of salt.
2. In a bowl, add the honey, miso paste, 1 tsp sesame oil and the seeds. Mix well.
3. Air fry the aubergine for 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius. Then take out, brush with the miso paste mixture, and air fry for an additional 10 minutes.
