Ollie's Creamy Ramen

When you’re feeling a little peckish or need a pep-me-up after a few too many bevvies, this is the recipe for you.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp salt
200ml chicken stock
1 packet instant ramen noodles
1 ½ tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli
1 tsp Aioli Red Chilli
½ tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
A few drops of sesame oil
2 spring onions, whites finely sliced
1 boiled egg, jammy
1 tsp chilli crisp oil
1 tsp furikake
Method:
1. Bring 200ml of chicken stock to a boil and season with the salt.
2. Once the water has come to a rolling boil, add the instant noodles.
3. Whilst the noodles are cooking, make your sauce. To a large bowl, add Roasted Garlic Aioli, Aioli Red Chilli, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour a ladle of the noodle stock into the bowl and whisk to combine.
4. When the noodles are cooked, remove them to the bowl with the sauce ingredients. Toss noodles until glossy and coated.
5. Dress the noodles with spring onions, the jammy boiled egg, drizzle over chilli crisp oil and finish with a sprinkle of furikake.
